Representative Program Terms
Rules for Budgefy representatives, onboarding support, disclosures, claims, data handling, and payouts.

1. Program Nature
- Representatives are approved or trained by Budgefy.
- Representatives help onboard users into Budgefy.
- Representatives are not general public affiliates.
- Public self-serve link generation is not allowed unless Budgefy authorizes it.
2. Compensation Disclosure
If representatives earn compensation, they must clearly disclose that material connection when recommending Budgefy or helping onboard users. Disclosures must be clear, close to the recommendation, and not hidden only in a profile bio or terms link.
3. Prohibited Claims
- No guaranteed savings, debt payoff, credit improvement, income, investment, insurance, tax, or financial freedom claims.
- No claim that Budgefy is a bank, adviser, insurer, debt settlement company, or credit repair company.
- No misleading testimonials, fake reviews, impersonation, spam, unauthorized paid ads using Budgefy trademarks, or targeting children.
4. No Professional Advice
Representatives cannot provide financial, legal, tax, investment, credit, debt, or insurance advice through Budgefy unless Budgefy separately approves that role and licensing or compliance requirements are satisfied.
5. Data Handling
- Representatives may access only the user information Budgefy authorizes.
- Representatives may not export, sell, share, or misuse user data.
- Representatives must keep user and program information confidential.
6. Termination and Payouts
Budgefy may suspend or terminate representatives for noncompliance. Payouts may be subject to timing rules, taxes, chargebacks, clawbacks, fraud review, and no payment for fraudulent or noncompliant onboarding.
